Nurse-led care focused on precision, comfort, and a calm experience.

I’m so glad you’re here and interested in learning more about me and the story behind Little Lobes. I’ve been a Nurse for nearly a decade, with clinical experience spanning from community and palliative care to surgical and critical care settings. Early in my career, I worked as a Visiting Nurse, providing in-home care to chronically ill and palliative patients—work I truly loved. Being welcomed into people’s homes during such vulnerable moments taught me the importance of creating a calm, respectful, and personalized experience.
Becoming a mother helped bring that into focus. Little Lobes became a way to combine my nursing background, my experience with in-home care, and my understanding of what families need during these moments.
Ear piercing was a tradition my mother shared with me when I was a baby, and it was something I hoped to share with mine. When I started calling reputable piercing studios, I was surprised by how limited my options were. I learned very quickly that most piercing studios do not pierce babies or children under 5, and that the most accessible option was inside a busy mall. As a new mom, the idea of packing up baby gear, navigating crowds, and disrupting my baby’s routine was overwhelming.
What should have been a special milestone began to feel overwhelming instead.
I later discovered that in-home ear piercing services existed, however, most were located outside of Toronto, making them less accessible and more expensive for families in the city. That’s when I realized there was a real need for a local, trusted option for Toronto parents.
I spent time researching best practices and carefully selecting equipment designed for consistency and hygiene, including a fully enclosed, single-use system and nickel-free starter earrings.
Every detail was chosen with younger clients in mind.
